Business Development Executive

About the Role
We're looking for energetic Business Development Executives to drive DAASIL's growth by onboarding new businesses across India. You'll be the face of DAASIL in your city — building relationships, demonstrating the platform, and closing deals across salons, clinics, academies, fitness studios and more.
Responsibilities
- Identify and approach local business owners across our supported industries
- Conduct product demos and explain DAASIL's value proposition
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Meet monthly onboarding targets for new business accounts
- Gather customer feedback and relay it to the product team
- Represent DAASIL at local business events and expos
Requirements
- 0–2 years of sales or business development experience
- Excellent communication skills in local language + English
- Self-motivated with a go-getter attitude
- Smartphone with internet access
- Willingness to travel within the city
- Prior experience in SaaS or B2B sales is a plus

Full Stack Developer

About the Role
We're hiring a Full Stack Developer to join the core DAASIL engineering team. You'll work directly on the product — building new features, fixing bugs, and improving performance across the full stack (React + Node.js + PostgreSQL).
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain frontend features using React and TypeScript
- Develop backend APIs with Node.js and Express
- Work with PostgreSQL to design and optimize queries
- Collaborate with the team on product features and architecture decisions
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-structured code
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
Requirements
- Proficiency in React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS
- Hands-on experience with Node.js / Express
- Familiarity with PostgreSQL and writing SQL queries
- Basic understanding of REST APIs
- Ability to work independently and manage your own tasks
- Portfolio or GitHub profile is a strong plus
