1. Our Commitment

DAASIL is committed to protecting children from exploitation and abuse. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) content or conduct anywhere on our Platform, and we take active steps to prevent, detect, and respond to any such activity.

2

2. Who DAASIL Is Built For

DAASIL is a business-to-business CRM platform designed for business owners, administrators, and staff who are 18 years of age or older. The Platform is not directed at, marketed to, or designed for use by children, and we do not knowingly allow children to create their own DAASIL accounts.

3. Minors in the Customer Portal

Business owners may add customers who are under 18 (for example, students at an academy or teenage members of a fitness studio) as part of managing their business. Any profile created for a minor must be set up and consented to by a parent or legal guardian, who is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided and for any access granted to the customer portal. We encourage business owners to obtain and retain guardian consent before enrolling a minor.

4

4. Zero-Tolerance for CSAE Content

Uploading, storing, transmitting, or sharing any content that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers a minor is strictly prohibited on DAASIL and will result in immediate account termination, removal of the content, and preservation of relevant records. We cooperate fully with law enforcement and, where legally required, report apprehended CSAE material to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the equivalent authority in the relevant jurisdiction.

5. Content Moderation & Reporting

DAASIL does not host public, open, or user-broadcast content — data such as customer photos, notes, and documents is entered by a business's own staff for internal business use only and is not visible to the public. If you encounter content or behavior on the Platform that you believe endangers a child, you can report it immediately using the contact details in Section 6, or through our Contact Us page. Reports are reviewed promptly, and confirmed violations are escalated to law enforcement.

6. Point of Contact for Child Safety Concerns

DAASIL Trust & Safety Team is our designated point of contact for questions, reports, or concerns related to child safety and CSAE. You can reach us at safety@daasil.com. We aim to acknowledge all child safety reports within 24 hours and to take appropriate action promptly.

7. Data Protection for Minors

Any personal data belonging to a minor is handled with the same security safeguards described in our Privacy Policy, including encryption at rest and in transit and restricted access limited to authorized staff of the business managing that customer's account. We do not use minors' data for advertising and do not sell or share it with third parties.

8. Updates to This Page

We may update this Child Safety Standards page as our policies, legal obligations, or Platform features evolve. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. We encourage business owners, staff, and users to review this page periodically.
